Purchase & Installation of Swings at Lanark Loch

To augment the recently installed new play area at Lanark Loch by Lanark Playparks Action Group, we will be removing the remainder of the old and damaged swing sets around the Loch and replacing them with new swing sets, that better meet the needs of the local community.
