Purchase of 19 and 34 Myatt Avenue for the Hothouse at Redhouse Project

The Hothouse at Redhouse is a project that was up in 2002 to provide a safe place for children (primary school age up to 14 years old) who live on the Redhouse estate in Walsall MBC. Economic indicators point to lower than average income with fewer facilities in the home and poor access to a car. There is a complete lack of facilities on the Redhouse estate. The Hothouse is run by the local churches provides a range of exciting child and young peoples activities throughout the week and during holidays. If Properties are sold, money from the sales must be kept within the LTCS.
