Purchase of "Waste Buster" vehicle for the promotion of sustainable waste management

Purchase and fitting out of vehicle, which will be equipped for public exhibitions and can also serve as a classroom for the promotion of waste awareness throughout the county of Essex. The old vehicle has been extensively used and is a significant flagship for waste reduction in the county. However, it is over 30 years old and needs to be replaced. New vehicle will have LCTS logo and EET log on side.
