Purfleet path connections and enhancements

To improve access along a path connecting the High House Production Park (for Covent Garden productions etc) via Purfleet Station and the river Thames to the RSPB centre at Rainham Marshes, through signs, interpretation boards, benches, and the community development of an “app” for mobile phones to provide additional interpretation along the route
