Quilt Museum & Gallery – Colby Cabinet of Fabric Curiosities

The project is to purchase a display unit to exhibit samples from a nationally significant collection of printed fabrics dating from the eighteenth century. The cabinet will improve public access to this collection for enjoyment and study for a range of audiences, whilst preserving the collectionfor future generations. Without this project access to the stored collection will be limited to temporary exhibitions and special appointments.
