Quinquennial Quest

The Quinquennial Quest Project aims to carry out all the major repairs listed in the 2014 QI, focusing especially on Category A and Category B work which includes repairs to external high rise masonry, complete overhaul of rainwater goods and significant glazing repairs. Within the specification is the creation of a safe access to the tower roof and inspecting the roof and parapets which has not been done for several years. There is a contingency sum in the costings for any repairs which may need to be carried out to the tower roof.
