The proposed building will create an environment for future sustainable growth by providing a fully integrated centre which would be open to the wider community to access community learning, training and employment opportunities, play provision, advice services as well as self contained facility for young people. The land is owned by the Local Authority and leased to RASCAL under a 25 year agreement.
