Rainhill Guide House Rebuilding Project, St Helens

Project is to replace existing guide house in Rainhill with a new building. The current one was built in 1976 and has now been standing for over 30 years and is quickly deteriorating. The building is used weekday evenings by Girl guiding units in Rainhill. It is also used by a local pre-school during the day and a drama group on Saturday mornings. Replacing the building will secure a meeting place for these groups and their leaders for the future. The additional meeting room which will be incorporated in the new building will be open for use by other community groups as well as the ones that use the current building.
