Raise The Soundroom Roof

The funding will address the following improvements:
Partial roof replacement and modern Insulation: The roof covering (flat roof), is not watertight plagued by water ingress, urgently needs comprehensive replacement and insulation, preventing further damage.
Impact : This funding will preserve the building, improve energy efficiency, enhance service delivery, maintain financial viability by avoiding costly repairs and significantly reduce their carbon footprint. The work is crucial for continuing their mission of enriching local peoples lives through music and the arts, ensuring the community hub remains a vibrant and welcoming as possible. Many of the community users are vulnerable due to their health and a warm building is vital to their use of the facilities.
