Rampworx Seacombe Project

Rampworx Charity is seeking funding to duplicate our hugely successful project in Sefton to convert
an empty warehouse in Seacombe into a 35,000 sqft indoor skatepark with workshop rooms for
youth development, toilets and reception/retail area. The facility would cater for BMX, Inline,
Skateboard and Scootering. In addition, there will be facilities for workshops around sexual heath,
drug and alcohol awareness, teenage pregnancy and health eating in partnership with a range of
agencies; including Wirral PCT, Police, Fire and Youth Service. The facility will also allow young
people to participate in accredited photography, video arts, fashion and multimedia courses. The
project will cater for the needs of (on average) 700 local and disadvantaged young people per week
through coaching, development courses, workshops and volunteering. We will work with a range of
groups and partners; including Wirral CVS, police, fire, NHS, Youth Service and locals schools.
