Rannes Village Hall Access Improvement

The Rannes Village Hall serves a wide rural community around Kennethmont in Aberdeenshire where use of private cars is essential in the absence of public transport. The hall is a focal point for general community activities and the car park access to it comprises of hardcore stone bottoming which is rough and deteriorating with use. The project is to resurface the carpark with tarmacadam to present a smooth surface for all, especially for those whose mobility is impaired as a result of disability.
