Rastrick Bowling & Social Club

Rastrick has a popular, well-founded social club in a green oasis: a peaceful valley setting surrounded on all sides by mature trees. With its own stage, this popular venue for functions (fundraising, reunions, presentation evenings etc). A new accessway to the Function Room has been completed by Community Payback, with attractive drystone walling plus a block paved area with recycled plastic benches for sitting out and enjoying the setting. Underground toilets down very steep steps remain a danger and make the facility less comfortable for some visitors. New toilets will be constructed on the main level freeing up the old toilets as changing rooms for the local junior football club.
