Rawdon Community Library - Upgrading boiler system and providing disabled toilet

Improvements to Rawdon Community Library: a) Install energy efficient heating system which will save money and help the environment and release much needed community space. b ) Upgrade the present toilet facilities (not currently useable by the general public) making them accessible by all the public included disabled users. The toilet will be a single toilet available by men and women and will also incorporate a baby change facility.
