RCCA has not been able to function to its potential due to lack of suitable premises. RCCA services are a number of practical workshops economical benefits for the over fifties and for the unemployed. Employment training for the non-academic youths and a programme of three services for children. Storage space is needed for sewing machines, materials and equipment.
