Re-newal of Community Centre Hall Floor

To re-new floor of the Community Centre Hall to comprise of removing old rotten floor boards/joists, filling of the void with hardcore, compacting, laying kingspan insulation and 300 micron DPM. Laying a 100mm depth of concrete counter battened with 50mm x 50mm softwood battens @ 400mm centres then finished off with 15mm pre-finished Oak boards. This to solve the rising damp problem in the floor with insulation will cut heating costs and considerably reduce carbon emissions
