Re-ordering of Sutton Church

To deliver an innovative project adapting the church nave to double as a community hall with long term community use guaranteed. To help preserve the mediaeval building through greater usage:
a) Encourage the development of social activities across the whole age range.
b) Remedy the absence of any community facility with basic toilet facilities.
c) Help integration of old and new residents
d) Encourage and strengthen links with residents of nearby parishes
e) Make greater use of the church building and assist with its upkeep.
f) Facilitate visits of school parties for educational purposes.
g) Encourage visits by individuals and groups interested in the history and architecture of the building. (The church is grade 1 listed and dates from c1120).
