Re-roofing of Townsend Memorial Hall

The 120 years old building is in need of constant maintenance internally and externally. They aim to secure the main fabric of the building before embarking on internal refurbishment and improvement. The roof of the Hall leaks, the roof timbers are likely to be rotten, flashing and guttering need replacement.
