Re roofing (partial)

Following three repairs over the last few years water ingress continues. The area giving concern is above the locker room where equipment and clothing is stored, also it is adjacent to the kitchen area.
The water damage to date has caused deterioration of walls and ceiling . Therefore after seeking professional advice we require to remove an area of roof tiles, completely redo the rainwater channel to overcome the problem..
