REBUILD AND EXPAND THE WELL HALL, WALSALL WOOD

Building needs to be updated to allow more access for people to use the hall.

This involves demolishing existing building and rebuilding to allow a larger area to be built and also to make amenities so that disabled people will be have easy access to the hall.

The hall was original built in the 1960’s and is not energy efficient so updating it will also conserve energy.
