Rebuilding Eaglesfield Village Hall

A recent survey has deemed the village hall is reaching the end of its useful life as repairs would be expensive and not viable due to the original construction and poor design. A new building with improved insulation and disabled facilities would provide a community building that will last well beyond the present one and provide improved facilities for the village. The project aims to provide a building that conforms to all the current building regulations, improves energy efficiency and incorporates elements of renewable energy sources and reduces their carbon footprint.
