Reclamation of derelict area for green amenity use

On the river Wye SAC determine the extent, origins & persistence of wrapping plastics in the river corridor. To what extent are they a hazzard to/utilised by wildlife. Examine possible on-farm uses for this material & review the existing facilities for safe disposal.
