Recreation Ground Community Clubhouse

The exisiting building has fallen into a poor state of repair due to age and fails to meet the expanding needs of the community. It is therefore proposed to build a new environmentally friendly building on a site adjacent to the existing building which will more fully meet community needs including diabled access and mixed sex usage.
