Redbourn Cricket Club – Pavilion Extension

To secure the future of the Club it is critical to encourage as many young children to start playing and enjoying cricket. The Club has invested heavily in encouraging junior and ladies cricket over the past 5 years and now have over 100 junior playing members aged from 6 to 17. The club now needs to ensure that the clubhouse facilities are up to modern standards and that they can provide for the growing membership. To do so the Club needs to redevelop and extend the existing clubhouse. The work will comprise; additional changing and showering facilities, improved disabled access, and toilet, making all changing rooms self contained, to provide the facility for juniors playing in senior matches to have a separate changing room, to extend the ground equipment storage area, and to refurbish the fabric of a 40 year old wooden pavilion in urgent need of repair.
