New built community facility open to the public, making accessible neighbouring public amenities such as the great central rialway and a cycle link to the national forest. The activities are open to all ages. There are meeting spaces and gardens with training facilities with courses open to all. The projects looks to protect and improve the remaining local green space for public use.
