Redland Club Energy Efficiency and Accessibility Project, Tango West Ltd, Bristol

This project is designed to make the Redland Community Centre more sustainable, energy efficient and accessible by the installation of new boiler and thermal insulation; cavity wall insulation; underfloor insulation (to roof of garage under main hall) and replacement lighting. Secondary glazing is an additional option subject to ensuring heat loss/payback time scales. The project will also improve accessibility by providing accessible toilet facilities. It will reduce energy consumption, reduce heat loss, and improve comfort levels and accessibility throughout the building. It will become more sustainable to operate and inclusive to the community for ongoing, wider use as a thriving community centre.
