Refurbish and up-grade Facilities at St Botolph’s Colchester

This a project to upgrade the toilet facilities and audio/visual facilities within St Botolph’s Church and to carry out much needed maintenance on the property. Following the Architects Quinquennial Inspection (2024), important building improvements are required; the relaying of the rear terrace, repair of rendered walls, repair of alter floor. Maintaining the exterior of the building is essential for its use by local groups. In addition, within the building, the toilet facilities and the Audio/Visual facilities require an up-grade. The existing P/A system is not fit for purpose and the toilet facilities are dingy. The works will make the facilities more accessible and usable by the local community and will enable the church to extend its community outreach.
