Refurbish Community Room

We are seeking support to refurbish the much-used Hall and Community Room. Since we had notification of this grant opportunity, we consulted the local community who told us that whilst they did book the room for family activities or parties, they found the room to be uninviting with holes in the ceiling (from volleyball) and the carpets were unpleasant. Our other participants thought the room was depressing and cold and could do with some love and attention. This application is therefore in response to requests received directly from our local community to provide more opportunities for them in clean and pleasant surroundings
