Refurbishing of Colinsburgh Town Hall

Current hall kitchen is not fit for purpose and therefore can not be used for food preparation. The new kitchen will be moved to ground level making it accessible to all users and making it possible to prepare food. Relocation of male toilet to ladies and disabled toilet block.
