Refurbishment and Redevelopment of Community Facilities at Uppingham Road Methodist Church

To upgrade and develop the existing facilities of this public aminity in order to maximise the suitability and capacity of the building for community use. This will entail exterior and interior works to ensure that suitable disabled access and facilities are provided throughout this split level site. The provision of improved toilet and refreshment facilities for all users. Works to improve the energy efficiency of the building - to include a droped ceiling, insulation and double glazing throughout. Minor interior refurbishment and some groundworks are also included to enhance the comfort and safety of all user groups.
