Refurbishment and Redevelopment of Zion Baptist Chapel

This is a project to complete the refurbishment of Zion Baptist Chapel, Waunarlwydd and its vestry to provide a multi-use space for worship services, youth and children’s activities, community groups and community services. The building is 150 years old and is in need of extensive refurbishment. The works entail replacing the wooden floor with concrete, treating walls and wood against damp, rot and infestation; replacing pews with chairs; and providing floor covering.
