Refurbishment and Upgrade of Clubhouse, Old Hill Cricket Club, West Midlands

Old Hill Cricket Club’s clubhouse was constructed over 130 years ago and, despite general maintenance, has developed a number of issues and faults which makes it increasingly unappealing and potential dangerous to use, which is having a negative impact on the club’s ability to recruit and retain members, especially women and girls. The facilities are also not DDA compliant. This project seeks to address these issues by refurbishing the building throughout, creating a fully accessible facility which will be used by the wider community and will also grow local participation in cricket.
