Refurbishment and Upgrading of existing Ormskirk & District Scout HQ

The District HQ is over 100 years old, being part of a former World War 1 Demount Depot which was based at Lathom Hall. It is in need of major renovation and modernisation to meet the current needs of the 1,600 scouts in the District. The current walls will be repaired and replaced to match existing with better insulation; roof insulation will be provided; new toilet and kitchen areas; new electrical and heating systems; a reconfiguration of internal layout to provide large hall, three meeting rooms, office and small scout shop area, along with small extension at rear.
