Refurbishment for Expansion of Provision Centre

Partial refurbishment and urgent remedial work to the building. The refurbishment of the building will provide the opportunity to address the environmental impact the building has on the environment. Low energy electrical fittings are being installed as replacements, additional insulation to the roofing areas provided where possible, replacement of some of the window frames, and re-pointing of some areas will significantly reduce energy consumption. Deterioration of the structure will in time cause a reduction in the facilities available. The project will compliment, protect and improve the provision for training and recreational facilities in the local area. The centre is the only community resource centre in the area.
