Refurbishment of Access Drive and Car Park, Clock Face Colliery Recreational Ground and Club, St Helens

This is a project to improve access to Clock Face Colliery Recreational Ground and Club and also to provide a hard surface to the car park. The proposal is to improve site access and hard surface car parking this would reduce the risk of injury and also enhance the visual appearance of the facility as a public amenity.
