Refurbishment of Bannockburn guide hut

Refurbishment works to guide hall, Including replacement of guttering and drain-pipes, insulation of end gable, cladding of rear and side of main hall, ventilation and new lighting in wet room, repairs and repainting of external fencing, the provision of window blinds for hall and kitchen areas and a safety barrier around disabled ramp. The hall is available for hire by the local community
