Refurbishment of Club House

The Tennis Club wish to refurbish their clubhouse. This includes replacing the original windows, installing wheelchair access sliding doors. Replace the wooden flooring with a non-slip vinyl covering, new front door, upgrade the heating with new radiators and a wireless room thermostat. New saniflow to the ladies toilets.
