Refurbishment of clubhouse exterior

Essential repairs are necessary to the exterior of the club to provide acceptable and safe facilities to a wing of the clubhouse accommodating sporting changing rooms.
The work required includes replacement of rotten wood cladding, 5 window frames, double doors to first team changing rooms, preparation and application of wood preservative, clean gutters and repair joints, replace door and door frame to boilerhouse, decoration to exterior walls and steps and replacement of fire door to player’s entrance.
