Refurbishment of Clubhouse toilets

To assist the Management Committee in encouraging additional community led activities by improving the facilities of a general public amenity.
To benefit existing sport / recreational and local community end users.
Safety improvement – the new facilities will be larger than the existing – the female facility in particular is space restricted making it difficult to access a female in the event of collapse through illness.
Reduction to costs – new sanitary ware will reduce water useage whilst insulated ceiling / walls will reduce carbon footprint / energy costs.
General aesthetic / comfort improvement.
