Refurbishment of Community Used Rooms

The aim of the project is to bring an old suite of rooms up to a required and acceptable standard so that they are fit for use by both existing user groups from the local community and new groups. We will install energy efficient measures and undertake refurbishment work to make them more attractive to use by new groups from the local community whom we are looking to support. This refurbishment work includes the installation of a new heating system, the replacement of old windows with double glazed units and the recovering of pitched roofs and extending over leaking flat roof areas.
