Refurbishment of Existing Community Building in Hockley

The existing building was originally designed for the commercial purposes and occupied by a bank for many years before we start our community activities. So there are some repairs to be carried out including following major tasks.1) Ceiling & Roofing repairssome areas in the centre is flooding in rainy days due to bad roof.2) Installation double glazing. It is single glazing at present.3) Replacing of Meeting rooms, Kitchen and toiletsAs with the growing footfalls for Organization, the facilities are not good enough at present4) Remove and installation of new Carpets in the open Areas.5) Repair of public accessibility.
