Refurbishment of kitchen, doors, toilets and windows to encourage greater use with improved facilities. Priority to the toilet – building work to stop leaking roof. for health and Safety kitchen needs improvement to include ceiling repairs and cooking facility. Windows need stonework repairs to stop draughts.
