Refurbishment of Hapsford Village Green (Nr, Chester)

The Hapsford amenity/community garden project will formally create a focal point for some village activities on an area of public open space owned by Chester City Council and currently used on an informal basis. Following public consultation with residents and the Parish Council, a design has been produced by the community which indicates those features and amenities which they wish to see on site. The project area is within the parish of Hapsford which includes the Gowy Landfill site.
