Refurbishment of Kippax Park Avenue Playground, Leeds

The project will see the refurbishment and renovation of Park Avenue play area, which is located centrally in Kippax. The existing play area at the site is inadequate and in very poor condition due to age. The works will provide a new play ground which will be surrounded by dog proof fencing, and will incorporate new play equipment, safety surfacing, benches and litter bins. Project costs include architects fees, site clearance, ground preparations, safety surface provision, provision and installation of play equipment and the creation of a link footpath
