Refurbishment of Main Hall, The Collingwood Centre, Great Barr, Birmingham

This is a project to refurbish the main hall at The Collingwood Centre, a community centre in Great Barr, between Birmingham and Walsall. The hall has been in use for the past 12 years and is used seven days a week, during the day and in the evening, throughout the year. It is in desperate need of repainting and also needs new curtains and new chairs.
