REFURBISHMENT OF MULTI USE GAMES AREA AT LAWRANCE PARK THURLBY

The existing Multi Use Games Area (36.9 x 20.25m) was constructed in 1987 and is in need of refurbishment. Remove existing timber boarding & wire mesh fence, concrete & steel posts; clean out existing drainage. Erect 3m high multi sport welded mesh panel fence and gates. Overlay existing surface and line markings for football, tennis, netball and basketball.

Proportionality has been applied to the project, Entrust calculation up to 69.4% (The project is well within this at 55%)
