Refurbishment of New Ferry Park Pavilion

The existing 1970s sport pavilion in New Ferry Park has inadequate facilities which do not meet Football Foundation standards. The building has no showers and insufficient privacy screening for footballers changing before and after matches. We have applied to both the Football Foundation and BIFFA for funding to renovate the pavilion internally to include division into two for home and away teams separate changing rooms, a separate changing room for the referee, new shower facilities and toilets. The completed facility will be used by local football teams and for other community events.
