Refurbishment of Pensioners Hall, Mansel Street, Briton Ferry

The Briton Ferry Town Council is taking over the Pensioners Hall & intend to refursbish it to provide a) a Day Centre operation, b) on-going base for pensioners' activities, c) community hall for hire by local organisations.
