Refurbishment of Rushall Community Centre

To promote the complete refurbishment and modernisation of Rushall Community Centre. This is essential to its continued use by the local community. It is used for a wide variety of activities by the general public but it needs to be brought up to a better standard. This would mean it complied with current legislation, in terms of access and health & safety, but would also provide a more modern, warm and attractive building. These improvements would meet the expectations of the local community and make it a more appealing place to visit, there by encouraging more people to use its facilities.
