Refurbishment of Sports Club Headquarters

To improve access for both able bodied and disabled users, widen the scope of sports able to use the building and refurbish dressing rooms, toilets and showers. The internal layout will be changed to increase the floor space, move a gym to a more convenient ground floor location and bring utilities up to modern standards, including plumbing, lighting and heating. External pathways will be adapted for better wheelchair access.
