Refurbishment of Stalybridge and Dukinfield Recreation Bowling Clubhouse/Toilet Facilities

This project will upgrade key areas of the club to create a more modern, welcoming space for members and the wider community. Works include full refurbishment of the bathroom areas, with removal of old fittings, reconstruction of internal walls, installation of new toilets, and fresh plastering throughout. Structural improvements and selective demolition will open up internal spaces, supported by new flooring, updated fire doors, improved insulation, and renewed fascia and soffit elements. Together, these upgrades will enhance comfort, safety, and usability, helping the club remain a vibrant, inclusive hub for community activities and social connection.
